This Gin & Juice recipe is Cardrona’s fresh and bright take on a timeless, fruit‑forward serve. Made with The Source Gin, handcrafted at Cardrona Distillery nestled in the Crown Range mountains of the South Island, it combines aromatic botanicals with crisp orchard flavours and just a hint of cinnamon for a beautifully balanced gin and juice cocktail recipe.
45ml The Source Pure Cardrona Gin
Half a ripe pear
60ml apple juice
Sliced pear & cinnamon stick, to garnish
Muddle the pear in a Boston glass and then add gin & apple juice and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously then single strain the contents into a large rocks glass over ice. Garnish with sliced pear and a cinnamon stick.
