60ml The Source Pure Cardrona Gin
2 small roses (1 to garnish)
Dried rose and dark chocolate, to garnish
Soak a rose in the gin for 60 seconds, then pour the gin into a Boston glass filled with ice.
Stir the ice to cool the gin until the liquid meets the ice in the glass.
Double strain into the martini glass. Garnish with a skewered rose and a shard of dark chocolate.
