Ingredients
45ml The Source Pure Cardrona Gin
15ml Rose Rabbit Elderflower Liqueur
30ml lemon juice
10ml cornichon pickle juice
Top with Premium Soda Water
Method
In a tall Collins glass over ice, add gin, liqueur, lemon juice, pickle juice and stir to combine.
Top with Soda water and stir once more.
Garnish with pickles and lemon peel on a cocktail stick with a frond of fennel.
