Shipping policy

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times. 

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may occasionally be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We currently only facilitate deliveries within Mainland NZ for which we charge a flat fee of $10.00 for this service.

International Shipping 

Should you have any requests for delivery to a destination outside of mainland New Zealand whether this be the Pacific Islands or Internationally please contact us as we can obtain a quote or signpost you to one of our specialist retailers who may be able to offer this service.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at toni@cardronadistillery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
